Aide Tai Technology submits listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
On May 15, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website showed that Shenzhen Aide Tai Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Aide Tai Technology” or “the Company”) submitted a listing application to the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CITIC Securities and Jefferies serving as joint sponsors.
According to the prospectus, Aide Tai Technology is a globally leading provider of optical connection products and solutions, committed to the research and development, manufacturing, and sales of fiber optic connectors, micro-optic connectors, and optical connection infrastructure products for AI data center applications. Based on information from Frost & Sullivan, as of the last practicable date, the Company is one of the few fiber optic connector suppliers in the world capable of supporting the optical connection requirements of ultra-large-scale AI data centers.
