Boeing expects China to make more aircraft purchase commitments

Boeing spokesperson stated in a statement that the company expects China to make further aircraft purchase commitments after the first batch of 200 aircraft.

The spokesperson pointed out that Boeing looks forward to continuing to meet China’s demand for airplanes.

Earlier, during a visit to China, U.S. President Trump said that China committed to purchasing 200 Boeing aircraft, a number higher than Boeing’s desired 150 aircraft, believing the deal could bring many job opportunities to the United States.
