Last night before bed, I checked this year's on-chain records, almost sent myself away... Addresses back and forth, cross-chain, draining airdrops—at the time I thought "it's just once," but when it comes to year-end reconciliation, it turns into "who is this, I don't recognize them."

My current quick fix is: after each large transaction, immediately put the transaction hash and a screenshot into a dedicated folder, and casually add a note in plain language: why transfer, from where to where, whether I exchanged currency, otherwise in a couple of months you simply won't remember.
By the way, I want to complain about the recent hardware wallet shortages; everyone is rushing to buy, and phishing links are also prevalent. Don't skimp on security for those few seconds—clicking the wrong link once, and even if your records are perfect, it's all useless...
That's it for now, I’ll organize and update again during tomorrow's lunch break.
