They are restructuring the board around American executives and the American photonics industry.
Therefore, the core board now includes the executives of $GFS and $CITI (United States), while the company is run by UC Berkeley alumni and the executives of $LITE.
The 3 members leaving are Swedish/EU.
This is only a strategic shift from focusing on developing Sweden’s local semiconductor environment:
to dominating the photonics market in the United States/global. I do not intend to dismiss their experience/achievements.
But in my view, to focus on the photonics market in the United States/global, having more American executives might be optimal.
But all of them should be proud of helping to make $SIVE what it is today.
