Wu Shuo learned that, according to the latest SEC disclosures in Form 13F, Mubadala, the Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund (Mubadala Investment Co PJSC), has released its first-quarter holdings. As of March 31, 2026, the fund holds approximately $566 million worth of the BlackRock Bitcoin spot ETF (IBIT), with a total of 14,721,917 shares. Compared with the 12,702,323 shares disclosed in the previous quarter, Mubadala increased its IBIT holdings by about 16% in the first quarter of this year.
