I am reviewing some of the most interesting Chinese crypto projects worth keeping on your radar. These are assets that have gained traction in the Asian ecosystem and deserve attention.

Let's start with NEO, the project everyone knows as the 'Ethereum of China.' It basically aims to build a smart digital economy using smart contracts and digital identity. It is solid for creating decentralized DApps. Currently trading around $3.00 with a market capitalization of $211.45M.

Next is Conflux, which uses a pretty innovative Tree-Graph mechanism. The interesting part is that it is one of the few projects officially recognized within China. It focuses on Web3, digital identity, and collaborations with governments. The price is around $0.07 with a market cap of $364.43M. Honestly, official backing is something that sets this Chinese crypto project apart from the rest.

VeChain is another that catches my attention. It connects blockchain with real supply chains. You see it applied in industry, fashion, cars, and food to ensure transparency from source to consumer. It trades at $0.01 with a market cap of $601.72M.

Ontology is the network that specializes in digital identity and data management. It helps companies build identity verification and secure storage in a decentralized way. Current price: $0.06 with a market cap of $59.20M.

And finally, Qtum, which combines the best of Bitcoin (security) with Ethereum’s programmability. It offers a balanced environment for developing DApps with good performance and flexibility for businesses and developers. It’s at $0.93 with a market cap of $98.37M.

What I see in these Chinese crypto projects is that they have real use cases beyond hype. If you’re thinking about diversifying your portfolio into the Asian ecosystem, these five deserve to be on your watchlist. You can follow their movements directly on Gate.
