The fried sauce noodles from Fangzhuan Factory I’ve had twice, and they’re very unappetizing, with the meat sauce being overly salty.


One time was a few years ago, and it was so bad I almost couldn’t eat it; I didn’t have it again for several years afterward.
The other time was tonight. I saw General Huang say it was delicious, so I thought they had changed the recipe. Turns out it was all just acting for the occasion.
