I tried a task platform that’s like “do tasks to earn points,” and it only made me feel more and more like I was clocking in at a company: KYC, linking a bunch of accounts, posting and then having to upload screenshots to fill in the details, and finally waiting for a score. To put it bluntly, it’s treating “witches” as guilty by default. Everyone tries desperately to prove they’re a real person, but it ends up feeling even more like a production line station. The most ridiculous part is that the scoring rules are opaque—just like how budgets are written in governance documents: who actually does the work, how is it verified, and why are points deducted? When you ask, there’s no response.

Recently, the group has been circulating talk about stablecoin regulation, reserve audits, and de-pegging rumors. People chant about stability while going wild checking everything. I watch it and it feels painfully familiar—the same script: when there isn’t enough trust, you can only rely on spreadsheets and scoring to pile on processes, and in the end, it’s ordinary people who end up exhausted. That’s it for now. After that experience, I really don’t want to go back to work.
