Lately, when checking if project teams are actually working, I’ve been more focused on how the treasury is spending: Are the funds being allocated bit by bit, sticking to milestones, or is it just a lively scene with a big splash of market volume? Others think that the faster and more aggressively the treasury spends, the more "resourceful" it is; but in reality, I’m more worried about those that spend loudly but don’t produce any products, just spinning wheels.

The wave of memes and celebrity shoutouts is moving attention too quickly. Veteran players advising newcomers not to take the final step seem quite reasonable to me… Honestly, excitement doesn’t equal development. Don’t just look at the milestones on PPTs; it’s best to see the closed loop of “spending → delivery → retention/creator earnings,” even if it’s a bit slower. Anyway, I just keep a laid-back record. When I see the treasury start leaning toward subsidizing developers, audits, and long-term incentives, I’m willing to wait a bit longer.
