Golden Finance reports that on May 15, the Strait of Hormuz remains effectively closed, and concerns about inflation still persist. During the Asian trading session, U.S. Treasury yields rose. Tradeweb data shows that the two-year U.S. Treasury yield hit 4.064%, the highest since February 2025. The 10-year U.S. Treasury yield rose to 4.530%, a one-year high, and the 30-year U.S. Treasury yield increased to 5.071%, the highest since July 2025. Data indicates that after reaching these levels, yields pulled back somewhat but remained 6-8 basis points higher than the previous trading day. (East News Agency)
