Lately, when I look at projects, I focus on whether they are working seriously. I first check the treasury expenditures: where the money has gone, and whether it matches the milestones. To put it plainly, every month there's "market cooperation/community incentives" but no updates in the code repository, audits keep getting delayed, and they keep asking you to sign a bunch of authorizations every day. I just assume they are busy "making spreadsheets." It would be best if I could see phased unlocks, where less is spent or no spending if targets aren't met; otherwise, the treasury just becomes an ATM.

My mom asked me a couple of days ago, "Isn't their treasury so full that everything's stable?" I replied with half a sentence: Having a lot of money doesn't mean it's not being spent recklessly...

By the way, in the past two days, the group has been torn over privacy coins and compliance with coin mixing, but no matter which side you're on, if the project team’s treasury spending isn't transparent and they keep sending you to unclear links, I just want to rant: first, get the accounting and signing permissions clear before talking about ideals.
