Deep Tide TechFlow news: On May 15, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said in New Delhi on Friday that Tehran has “no trust” in the United States and may only consider negotiations if Washington shows a “serious attitude.” Speaking during the BRICS foreign ministers’ meeting, he said Iran is trying to maintain the current ceasefire in order to create space for diplomatic efforts.

According to reports from multiple media outlets, Araghchi emphasized that Iran has long lacked trust in the U.S., and said that any communication in the current situation depends on whether the U.S. demonstrates a “serious and credible stance.” He also said Iran still hopes to maintain the ceasefire, leaving room for subsequent diplomatic contacts and for de-escalating the situation.
