Deep Tide TechFlow News, May 15th, according to The Block, B2C2 has obtained a cryptocurrency asset service provider license issued by the Luxembourg Financial Sector Supervisory Commission (CSSF), allowing it to provide over-the-counter (OTC) spot trading services to all EU member states and three European Economic Area countries under the EU's Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) framework through the licensing passporting mechanism. B2C2 stated that it has become the first global OTC liquidity provider to be authorized under MiCA. Previously, B2C2 had completed registration as a virtual asset service provider in Luxembourg in 2024.
