In the video, almost every factory employee has a smile on their face, going to work happily, working happily, as if every day is a day they wake up smiling. The entire factory atmosphere is bright and positive, completely different from the oppressive feeling in the factory or workplace.
According to rough calculations based on the 2026-2027 bonus plan, combined with wages, these factory employees on average, in 2026, earn about 10k RMB per day, and in 2027, even reach about 20k RMB per day. And this is after including weekends and more than 20 days of annual leave in the calculation of daily income.
