I just reviewed some Chinese cryptocurrency projects that might be worth keeping on your radar. It’s not that all Chinese coins are the same, but there are some projects with real use cases that stand out.

NEO remains the most well-known, right? They call it the Ethereum of China for a reason – it’s building an intelligent digital economy with smart contracts and digital identity. It’s currently trading around $3.13 with a positive movement of 1.29% in 24 hours. It’s one of those projects with solid fundamentals.

Then there’s Conflux, which I find interesting because it uses Tree-Graph and is practically one of the few projects officially approved within China. That says something. Right now, it’s at $0.08 and climbing quite a bit with a +10.75% daily increase. It focuses on Web3, digital identity, and government collaborations.

VeChain is another with a clear purpose – connecting blockchain with real supply chains. They track products from origin to consumer, which is used in industry, fashion, automobiles, and food. The VET token is at $0.01 with a +1.91%. It’s a practical use case that works in real life.

Ontology also deserves attention if you’re interested in digital identity. It focuses on identity verification and secure decentralized data storage. It’s trading at $0.06 with a +2.29% today.

And finally, QTUM, which basically combines Bitcoin’s security with Ethereum’s programmability. It offers a balanced environment for developing DApps with good performance. It’s at $0.99 with a +1.43%.

The thing is, these Chinese cryptocurrencies have real use cases; they’re not just speculation. If you’re building a diversified portfolio, it’s worth keeping an eye on them. The current numbers show positive movement in most, so you might want to check these projects on Gate if you want to follow their progress more closely.
