Mars Financial News, on May 15, according to the 278-T form filed by the U.S. Office of Government Ethics (OGE), U.S. President Donald Trump and his family purchased stocks in Bitcoin mining company MARA Holdings, cryptocurrency trading platform Coinbase Global Inc., and digital asset treasury company Strategy during the first quarter of this year. The document shows that the Trump family made multiple purchases of these stocks this quarter. Among them, there are nine transactions related to Coinbase, with the largest occurring on February 10, valued between $100k and $250k. Additionally, the Trump family reported two small purchases of MARA Holdings, both under $50k. Notably, the Trump family engaged in eight transactions buying and selling Strategy Class A shares: the largest purchase was on February 12, valued between $50,000 and $100k; the largest sale was on January 12, valued between $15k and $50k. The document also discloses the Trump family’s purchases of Block Inc., Robinhood, and SoFi Technologies stocks. These crypto-related transactions account for only a small part of the more than 2,000 transactions made during this period. Other notable transactions include buying stocks of Nvidia, Microsoft, Oracle, and Boeing, with transaction amounts ranging from $1 million to $5 million. According to the document, all transactions are part of Donald Trump, First Lady Melania Trump, and their dependent children’s joint financial assets. Although the disclosure covers securities transactions over $1,000, individual transactions are not attributed to specific family members.
