Recently, I discovered this thing called testnet points. Everyone talks about practicing hands-on, but their actions are all about "expectations." Once there's expectation, it's easy to get more and more hooked.
My stop-loss is pretty simple: treat it as a non-liquid game token, accept wasting time if necessary before starting; set a limit on the time/Gas/effort spent per week, and stop once reached, without adding more.
If I do add positions, I only look at the "signals"—whether the team’s patching pace is normal, if there are people monitoring the bridge/contract repairs, and if documentation and risk control are progressing; without these, I’m too lazy to do multiple tasks.
There's also a feeling similar to the recent NFT royalty disputes: everyone is debating whether creators should get paid, but the market cares more about liquidity, and in the end, expectations are often discounted.
Testnet points are the same—don't treat imagination as assets. I’d rather miss out than get caught as a leek in a bunch of temporary rules.
