These days, the group is buzzing with messages like rain, and the KOL’s long posts keep coming one after another. I jolt with my hand and want to click “Buy”—to put it plainly, in the end, it’s still me who has to foot the bill for that impulsiveness.



Blaming the group members for being too noisy is useless, and blaming the KOL for setting the pace is pointless too. They post content, but they’re not going to lose money for you.

When I see the same old “matryoshka” story of re-staking again, shared security, and yield stacking being blasted as a “scam,” I actually get calmer instead: the more complete the story, the more the pit looks like it was seriously dug on purpose.

Just now, I was refreshing on-chain data and it froze for a moment—kept refreshing/retrying, and waiting in line for confirmation. Those few minutes were pretty effective at curing my urge to act… For now, that’s it—watch less, sleep more.
