BlockBeats News, May 15 — Barrett, co-founder of the Solana ecosystem DeFi project Ranger Finance, stated that Ranger Finance is gradually shutting down its operations. He said that the project previously undertook operational and expansion costs beyond its sustainable capacity, and after funding delays, cash shortages, and treasury assets being liquidated, some employees and suppliers did not receive full payments; subsequently, the Drift incident further impacted the project’s remaining funds and operational progress.
It is worth noting that Ranger Finance conducted an ICO on MetaDAO on January 7, 2026, raising $6 million.
