Have you noticed how massive crypto hacks are pushing people to look for safer solutions? In 2024, hackers stole more than $2 billion, and North Korea alone grabbed $1.3 billion. That’s wild. It makes you think about which tokens will really explode thanks to the incoming wave of security.

I hang out on forums and I’m seeing more and more people interested in projects focused on privacy and decentralized DeFi. Aureal One (DLUME) comes up a lot—apparently it’s a thing with zero gas fees and ultra-fast transactions, focused on gaming. The guys who invested early talk about potentially pretty big gains, but hey, don’t get carried away.

Monero (XMR) is a classic for people who really want anonymity. Launched in 2014 without an ICO, it’s a bit of a dinosaur among privacy coins. By the end of 2024, it was around $200—pretty good for an old coin.

Then you’ve got yPredict with its AI to predict price movements, DexBoss offering leverage trading, and Ethena with its synthetic dollar. It’s true that the crypto projects likely to explode in 2025–2026 are the ones that solve real problems—security, privacy, and useful tools.

The thing is, the overall trend points toward more Web3 and more control over data. Investors are starting to understand that security is non-negotiable. So projects that take it seriously could really take off.

And don’t forget: always do your own research before putting money in. The cryptos that will explode are never guaranteed, even with the best fundamentals. But in the year ahead, I think security and privacy will be key themes.
