The reason for NVIDIA's surge yesterday has been identified; within a day, 10 Chinese companies agreed to buy the H200.

Currently, about 10 Chinese companies are confirmed buyers, including Alibaba, Tencent, ByteDance, and JD.com, with Lenovo and Foxconn approved as distributors.
According to the license issued by the U.S. side, each customer can purchase up to 75k H200 units.
It roughly requires 14.25 billion RMB (about 75k USD). Based on a unit price of $27k per card, the China-specific price may be another 30% higher.
In the future, companies with computing power and those without will live in two completely different worlds.
China's computing power restrictions are gradually easing, and AI applications are still accelerating.
