Outgoing Target Corp. CEO compensation rose 7% in 2025 as sales slump continued

Former Target CEO Brian Cornell received a 7% pay raise in his final year, bringing his total compensation to $21.8 million. This compensation increase occurred despite a continuing sales slump for the company in 2025. Current CEO Michael Fiddelke also saw a significant raise, 42%, before taking the top executive position.
