Wu said that Kelp DAO announced that the rsETH withdrawal, cross-chain bridging, and asset claiming functions have now been restored as part of the coordinated restart plan. Kelp stated that around 22:30 Beijing time on May 15, the exchange rate and EigenLayer related claim data will be updated to reflect the staking rewards accumulated by rsETH holders during the suspension period. It also mentioned that the rsETH deposit function will reopen after a brief stabilization period, and Aave and Kelp will continue to replenish the remaining rsETH assets into the staking pools over the next two weeks.
