So I was going through my old crypto calendar from 2025 and honestly, there was so much happening that year. Like, the event scene got absolutely insane. I remember seeing WAGMI kick things off in Miami back in January, then Consensus Hong Kong in February - that one seemed like a must-attend for anyone serious about the space. The crypto calendar that year was basically packed every single month.
What got me was how spread out everything became. You had Bitcoin 2025 in Vegas in May, which is always the biggest gathering of Bitcoin maximalists you can imagine. But then there's also Ethereum Community Conference happening around the same time in Cannes - totally different vibe. The crypto events scene really showed how fragmented the industry had gotten by then. DeFi had Permissionless IV in Brooklyn, NFTs had Rare Evo in Vegas, and there were all these regional conferences popping up everywhere from Seoul to Dubai.
Looking back, I wish I'd tracked my crypto calendar more carefully that year. Could've hit way more events. Korea Blockchain Week, Blockchain Life in Dubai, Blockchain Futurist in Miami - each one was apparently covering different angles of where the industry was heading. The whole calendar was basically a roadmap of what people were actually focused on.
Anyone else have a crazy event schedule they followed back then? Feels like the crypto calendar has definitely evolved since 2025.
