Lately, the on-chain data refresh keeps "hanging," it's not your internet connection. Mostly, it's the indexer/Subgraph either catching up on blocks or being overwhelmed by traffic, and RPCs might also be rate-limiting. It's like a supermarket checkout suddenly only opening one lane—things are there, but checkout is slow. Especially during periods when staking unlocks or unlock calendars are repeatedly mentioned, everyone checks the selling pressure and monitors addresses, causing the data channels to get clogged instantly.

I personally don't trust just one entry point when I look at the market now: I use two RPCs plus a browser to cross-check, and treat the Subgraph as a "reference draft." If I really need to move positions, I rely on the original on-chain receipts. Anyway, data delay is basically due to narrow roads and too many cars—don't rely solely on one navigation during peak congestion.
