Recently came across a bunch of testnet point tasks, claiming to be practice, but everyone silently calculated in their minds how much they could be worth in the future... As soon as expectations rose, people started to leverage themselves and get overly excited.

My stop-loss is quite simple: first, treat time as a cost, set a "maximum of X hours/days to mess around" for each project, and if I exceed that without gaining a feel, I withdraw; secondly, I don't chase hype— the more the group urges to rush, the easier it is to turn into a chain game with inflation + studio involvement, leading to a spiral in coin prices, making all efforts pointless.
Anyway, I’d rather miss out than be led around by K-line charts or point tables again.
