These days, there's another round of hot topic rotation, and the group chat is buzzing with arguments. I actually want to hide for a while. Attention is too valuable; if you focus on it, it pulls you into chasing gains and avoiding losses, basically using your emotions as fuel. Especially when I see extreme funding rates on spot/contract markets, everyone immediately starts betting on "a reversal or continued bubble squeezing." In fact, many times they're just looking for an excuse to keep the show going.

My own simple method: first, hold down "I'm afraid of missing out," and wait until the heat subsides a bit before looking at on-chain data and transaction structures to see if they make sense; if they don't, just pretend I didn't see anything. Low-frequency setups aren't very exciting, but at least they're less likely to be repeatedly harvested by hot trends. Never mind, I won't talk about this anymore. I'm going to zone out in the fog for a while.
