US Approves H200 Sales to About 10 Chinese Companies, Caps Orders at 75,000 Units

The United States approved about 10 Chinese companies to buy Nvidia H200 chips, with each customer allowed to purchase up to 75,000 units. Approved buyers include Alibaba, Tencent, ByteDance, and JD.com, while Lenovo and Foxconn were approved as distributors.
