Seeing this withdrawal protection feature, I think the traditional bank's "delayed deposit" function is quite good. You can set a delay time for your account to receive funds, specifying how many hours or days until the deposit is completed. For example, set: deposit in 6 hours, and the withdrawal request can be canceled within those 6 hours. (And the toggle for this feature requires comprehensive authentication to turn off, and once disabled, withdrawals are frozen for 24 hours.)
