Basic Knowledge Sharing of Market Depth

  1. Arrow [Taogu Ba]
  2. Red arrow: Active buy, we place an order, directly consuming the bid orders;
  3. Green arrow: Active sell, we place an order, directly consuming the ask orders;
    Note: Both active buying and selling will not appear in the bid/ask columns. The five-level window we usually see displays the bid and ask levels.
  4. Time-sharing transaction details
  5. Each level in the five-level window shows a summary of all transactions within every 3 seconds, including both active and passive buying and selling;
  6. Refreshes 20 times per minute
  7. If the last transaction within 3 seconds is an active sell, it is displayed in green; if it is an active buy, it is displayed in red.
  8. Note: Some funds use this to manipulate the market, with a large order followed immediately by a small buy order, stuck at the last transaction, deliberately creating the appearance of a sell order that looks like a buy order, and vice versa.
    The order book is really tricky. I’ve been trying to find a suitable and clear order book chart, but haven’t found one yet. I’ll share the basics first; everyone, take a look. The chart will be posted later.

@Qingxiang Teapot, just because you said one sentence, made me learn to hand it over to you, I’ve been working hard since then. Although I’m still on the path of learning, I can already understand static order books. Thank you for the pressure you gave me. The chart will be posted later. If it can help you, I will be very happy.
