The review of the Clarity Act has begun.

The bill has a high probability of passing.
Before entering committee for line-by-line review, there are actually more than 100 amendments.
If this were a doomed bill, no one would bother to add so many amendments.
Of course, there is still some distance before the committee approval turns into actual enforcement of U.S. crypto regulation.
The rules still need to go through 60 votes in the Senate, reconciliation of the House and Senate texts, and the President's signature.
The moment regulation is implemented also marks the end of the early stage of the crypto industry.
