Last night I got curious again and looked at the market, watching the ups and downs fluctuate back and forth, spot trading goes up and I want to sell, drops and I start doubting life; futures are even worse, just when I thought I caught the rhythm, the next candle hits me awake... I don't even dare to fully trust those on-chain tagging tools anymore, they update slowly and sometimes can really lead me astray, the more I watch, the more anxious I get.

To put it simply, position management boils down to one thing: letting yourself "survive even if you're wrong." Don't go all-in on spot trades at once, leave some bullets to buy/sell in batches; for futures, treat it as small-scale trial and error, use lower leverage, set stop-losses first, and don't add to positions based on emotions. Anyway, I now prefer to earn a little less rather than rely on luck to withstand drawdowns, dollar-cost averaging when possible, rebalancing periodically, that's it for now.
