Abstract generation in progress

Deep Tide TechFlow news. On May 14, according to The Information, the IPO process of AI chip company Cerebras Systems has once again drawn market attention. The main parties expected to benefit include Foundation, the well-known venture capital firm Benchmark, and OpenAI. Cerebras has long been viewed as a potential competitor to NVIDIA, focusing on developing ultra-large-scale AI chips; however, its commercialization process has been fraught with setbacks. In 2025, the company withdrew its IPO prospectus, causing its listing plans to stall for a time. Nevertheless, as the AI infrastructure boom continues to heat up, the market is again refocusing on the potential listing value and early investors’ returns—including early investment institutions such as Benchmark and OpenAI, which has a cooperation relationship with the company—each of which could stand to gain substantial benefits from Cerebras’ future IPO.
