💥NVIDIA's H200 sales to China are reportedly set to be approved, with up to 750k AI chips available for purchase by 10 companies


May 14 News, according to reports, the United States has approved approximately 10 companies, including Alibaba, ByteDance, and JD.com, to purchase NVIDIA's AI computing chips H200, but no deliveries have been made so far.
The report states that with NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang visiting China this week, this order transaction is expected to make a breakthrough, and the H200 is likely to resume sales to China.
The report also mentions that a few distributors and suppliers, such as Lenovo and Foxconn, have also been approved. Buyers can purchase directly from NVIDIA or through these intermediaries. According to license terms, each approved customer can purchase up to 75,000 chips.
