5.14 BTC Afternoon Analysis

This morning, BTC's price faced some pressure and pulled back, touching lows around 78,721. But during the afternoon, the bulls started to gain momentum, and the price rebounded strongly, breaking through the 80,000 mark. It is now trading above 79,800, with increased volatility throughout the day.

Looking at recent structure, after the dip near 78,721, BTC formed a short-term stabilization pattern characterized by "synchronous higher lows and higher highs." Currently, the price has returned to test near the middle band of the Bollinger Bands. However, from an ultra-short-term perspective, after the midday rally, the KDJ indicator's J value has quickly entered the overbought zone, indicating that the short-term bullish momentum has been released quite fully, and the risk of chasing the rally is relatively high. Even with a medium-term bullish outlook, a short-term consolidation is needed to digest the gains.

Strategy and operation suggestions:
In the afternoon, it is not recommended to chase longs directly; patiently waiting for a pullback to buy low is a more prudent approach.

Operation reference: Buy long at 79,200-79,600, target 80,500-81,000
