Ever since I started recording the "on-chain time difference" I observe, my mindset has become much more stable.

In the past, when I saw a certain address just bought or a pool just added liquidity, I couldn't help but get itchy.
Actually, that "on-chain data" you see on your phone may have gone through several nodes, RPCs, and indexing services, some fast, some slow.
A brief delay can make it seem like "it just happened," when in fact it was two or three minutes ago.
In other words, different sources of information lead to different perceptions of the world.

These days, Meme is being hyped up by celebrities again, and newcomers get excited and rush in, while veteran players advise against taking the final step—it's not about pretending to be aloof...
If you chase quick profits with a slower perspective, you're basically providing liquidity for others.
I'm now keeping track of this "sense of being late": which times were misjudgments on my part, and which times were data delays.
Gradually, I learn when to act or simply not to act.
Anyway, surviving is more important than winning a single trade.
