Lately, there's been a bit of information overload, with a bunch of "Hurry up and buy in" and "My friend has insider info" messages in the group. Influencers are also posting long articles and charts every day. Honestly, everyone is just trying to tap into that impulsive urge. As someone who manages permissions, I've seen it all: you think you're the one paying, but in the end, the one paying is often that string of "infinite authorizations" in your wallet. You click a link, sign an authorization, and then accidentally interact with a strange contract. The ones losing out aren't the group owner or the influencer.
These days, there's also talk about AI Agents and automated trading being able to "free your hands." I actually feel more nervous about that: automation means more frequent signing and on-chain interactions. No one really talks about the security details, but they sure do spin a lot of stories. My basic principle is simple: don't rush to interact with unfamiliar contracts. Limit your authorizations if possible, avoid infinite permissions if you can, and better to miss some market moves than to open the risk door wide open.
That's all for now.
