It's been a long time since your morning erection, and you're no longer interested in that stuff—friend, you're not alone.

Many people think "no morning erection = kidney deficiency" and "no libido = ruined," but don't scare yourself prematurely. When this happens, the first things to check are not the kidneys, but two things: hormones and sleep.
1️⃣ Actually, morning erections are a "indicator of sleep quality." Insufficient deep sleep, long-term staying up late, sleep apnea (severe snoring), can quietly cause morning erections to disappear. Have you been sleeping well lately?
2️⃣ Decreased libido + poor erections + fewer morning erections, these three together, should prompt you to check your testosterone levels. Stress, obesity, lack of exercise, long-term use of certain medications can all lower the "manly" hormone. Get a six-item hormone test; it's a hundred times more useful than randomly taking supplements.
3️⃣ Another common reason: long-term suppression or dullness. Repeating day after day, reduced communication, life reduced to just work—your brain "shuts down" first, and your body reacts accordingly.
Don't rush to label yourself as "no longer capable." First, keep a continuous record for a week: whether you have morning erections, how many hours you sleep, and how your mood is.
Most "lack of interest" is not permanent damage. Find the cause, and you can come back.
