A very counterintuitive question:

Is it more difficult to make money or to spend money?
Don't rush to answer this question first; what I mean is "correct" and reasonable spending, not extravagant wasteful spending.
This is really not about showing off; this shift in mindset is as challenging as a deep understanding of investing.
