honestly been thinking about this lately. like if you really want to fix things, you gotta actually go do something instead of just scrolling. stop watching porn and go talk to actual people, pick up a book instead of binging netflix all day. the gym hits different when you're stressed, way better than smoking. swap the junk food for real meals and you'll feel the difference immediately. and yeah the inflation thing is real, everyone's getting squeezed but that's a whole other conversation. point is small changes add up, you know?
