The Ethereum Foundation has unveiled the Clear Signing open standard, which significantly reduces transaction confirmation risks.



Now users will be able to see exactly what they're signing, instead of obscure data. Ledger, Trezor, MetaMask, WalletConnect, and Fireblocks also participated in the development.
