Lately, the more I watch, the more I feel that attention is the most valuable.

When a hot topic changes, I get itchy to chase it, but in the end, it's not usually about losing on the direction, but about being led by emotions.
Staking unlocks and token unlock calendars are being refreshed every day, and when the selling pressure and anxiety come, I want to "run first," but I often sell at the moment others scare you into selling...
To put it simply, the calendar is factual, but the timing you see is also chosen by others.

My current approach is a bit crude: when I see a hot word, I pause for ten minutes first, then check on the blockchain whether the same group of addresses is doing "split transfers + multiple small probes," and see if there's any obvious front-running or sandwiching in the packing order;
if it's just high social media buzz and no on-chain coordination, I treat it as an attempt to grab my attention.

What I fear most is not loss, but losing control—shaking my hand and completely changing my original plan, that feeling is even worse than a drawdown.
For now, just do this: chase less, keep my mind clear.
