I just noticed an interesting thing — several Layer 2 coins seem to be showing clear recovery signals after strong corrections at the end of last year. The overall cryptocurrency market is becoming more optimistic, and Layer 2 coins appear to be promising candidates for the next upward cycle.

I’ve been closely monitoring some tokens from this group. Polygon (POL), for example, is currently around $0.10, but technical analysis shows it has formed a double bottom pattern on the daily chart. If it breaks above $0.54, there’s a high chance it will hit the target of $0.76. Optimism (OP) is similar — currently at $0.15, it has broken out of consolidation and formed a double bottom, with a potential 40% increase to $0.21.

Immutable (IMX), at $0.18, is consolidating near its old $1.50 level. If it breaks through, it could reach $2.42. StarkNet (STRK) is a bit different — it has already broken out of consolidation, currently at $0.05, and could increase by 90% if it holds above $0.51. Mantle (MNT) is the standout — up over 57% recently, now at $0.67, and approaching its previous high of $1.50.

Arbitrum (ARB), at $0.13, is also recovering — it has broken out of a double bottom and crossed the 200 EMA, potentially rising 45% to $0.19. Stacks (STX) has stronger momentum — up 2.07% in 24 hours, at $0.28, and could reach $2.80 if sentiment stabilizes, though resistance at $2 will be encountered.

Manta (MANTA) just broke out of a double bottom, while dYdX (DYDX) is in consolidation — if it surpasses $1.64, it could increase by 68% to $2.72. zkSync (ZK), at $0.02, is the newest token in the group, but if it can break above the horizontal resistance at $0.22, it might hit $0.26 or even surpass its previous high.

Overall, these Layer 2 coins seem well-positioned to start a new bullish cycle. Fundamentals remain strong, market sentiment is improving, and technical patterns support this outlook. Of course, do your homework before making any decisions — nothing is 100% certain in this market. But if you’re looking for opportunities in the Layer 2 space, now seems like a good time to keep a close watch.
