American defense technology company Anduril completes $5 billion Series H funding, post-investment valuation reaches $61 billion

Golden Finance reports that on May 13th, American defense technology company Anduril announced the completion of a $5 billion Series H funding round, with a post-money valuation of $61 billion. The round was led by Thrive Capital and a16z. CEO Brian Schimpf stated in a letter to investors that the company’s revenue will reach $2.2 billion in 2025, with revenue and employee numbers nearly doubling over the past year. The company has delivered its first international project to the Royal Australian Navy, and completed autonomous flight demonstrations in the U.S. Air Force’s unmanned combat aircraft program. Anduril said it will focus on increasing investment in high-capacity manufacturing, AI and autonomous systems, sensing and command control platform Lattice, as well as the Arsenal-1 factory and ArsenalOS production system, to meet the defense needs transformation driven by “industrialized warfare” and great power competition.
