Baidu (09888) held the “Create2026 Baidu AI Developer Conference” in Beijing, where co-founder Robin Li [photo] proposed at the opening ceremony to measure AI revenue using “Daily Active Intelligent Units” (DAA), and to gauge the prosperity of a platform and ecosystem by this metric. Baidu ADS in the U.S. opened significantly higher, with a mid-session equivalent of HKD 147.5, nearly 7.3% higher than the HKD 137.5 closing price.
