Aggregating hot topics + prediction markets, this gameplay is actually very suitable for fragmented time

I personally have a habit: every morning when I sit down, I open my phone and browse a few minutes of Polymarket's hot topics.

In the past, this process was quite fragmented—first reading news elsewhere, then discovering that a certain event might have predictive value, and then searching for a corresponding market on Polymarket. Switching back and forth was very troublesome.

After this upgrade, the level of aggregation of hot topics and markets has significantly improved. The homepage shows the most popular current events, and clicking in directly takes you to the corresponding prediction markets, saving a step.

I used this feature to browse two markets related to the Hantavirus, and also checked out the James retirement topic, and found the logic to be consistent: news stimulates judgment, markets provide betting entry points, and the forum facilitates discussion and feedback. The entire process is a closed loop within one app.

For someone like me who has fragmented time, the value of this closed loop is—no need to switch back and forth between apps. Browse hot topics, form judgments, and directly place bets—all in three steps.

Moreover, with the translation feature added, those overseas hot topics that I previously hesitated to open due to language barriers can now be easily browsed, greatly broadening my information horizon.

If in the future, the hot topic push notifications can be made more precise (for example, if I’m only interested in sports, then prioritize updates on sports-related markets), that would be even more perfect.
