Is NPD really about losing control over the lower body? Or is it about using sex to prolong life?

1. Sexual addiction: Surpassing physiological needs, each additional person "charges" their pathological self-esteem, reinforcing the desire to conquer.
2. Sexual socialization: Chatting flirtatiously and ambiguously anytime and anywhere, treating all occasions as hunting grounds, gaining nourishment as long as someone responds.
3. Using sex to escape conflicts: Not apologizing or solving problems, creating fake intimacy with the body, numbing you and covering up contradictions.
4. Creating sexual competition: Deliberately flirting with many people, making you jealous and painful, satisfying narcissism, which is blatant psychological abuse.
Is there anything else to add?
