CryptoWorld News reports that Pakistan has indicated that Turkey and Qatar may join the mutual defense cooperation agreement signed between the nuclear-armed countries and Saudi Arabia. Pakistan's Defense Minister Haji Asif stated on a local TV program Monday night that the arrangement is currently being finalized. He pointed out that if Qatar and Turkey also join the existing agreement, it would be a welcome development. The initiative aims to build a broader cooperation platform for like-minded countries to strengthen regional stability and collective security. The expanded alliance would unite former rivals Saudi Arabia and Turkey, at a time when the US-Iran conflict has embroiled the entire Middle East in turmoil. Pakistan is also a key mediator in US-Iran negotiations.
