I found that my sensitivity to "floating losses" is really off the charts... It's okay during the day when I watch the market, but at night when I lie down, I start replaying in my mind: Should I cut, will it crash again, am I buying at the most awkward position. Clearly, when I have unrealized gains, I just think "Haha, I only made a little," then I go browse images, which doesn't affect my sleep at all. Basically, I'm more afraid of losing than wanting to make money, so my brain automatically treats those red numbers as air and those green as alarms.

Recently, that main public chain is about to upgrade, and everyone in the group is guessing whether the ecosystem projects will migrate. I originally just wanted to quietly hold my favorite pixel art, but I got caught up in overthinking... Anyway, my current method is very simple: write my budget on paper, don’t add more if I exceed it, don’t open my wallet before sleep, just do it this way. There are many tutorials, but I only watch those that teach "how not to be led by emotions," because no matter how solid the technique is, it can't withstand my wild thoughts.
