Just checked the current bitcoin dominance percentage and it's sitting around 57.29% right now. That's actually down quite a bit from where it was last year when it hovered near 60-61%. Interesting to see the shift happening. So basically when bitcoin dominance drops like this, it usually means money is flowing into altcoins. People get more confident and start chasing some of the smaller projects. The lower the current bitcoin dominance percentage goes, the more we might be setting up for an altseason scenario where alts could outperform BTC. On the flip side, if we see it climb back up toward 63-64%, that's typically a sign of risk-off sentiment where people are pulling back and parking money in Bitcoin as a safe haven. Right now at 57%, we're definitely in a space where there's appetite for risk and people are exploring beyond just Bitcoin. Worth keeping an eye on how the current bitcoin dominance percentage moves over the next few weeks to gauge where investor sentiment is really heading.
